I can't find the surveys!!!!
That's odd. Usually, surveys can be found in two places:
1. On the MySurveys Page (right when you log on).
2. In your email box
We send survey invitations to your email box when new surveys are available.
Each email invitation has a link that takes you right to the survey.
Try there and if you still do not have any luck, feel free to contact us and we will look into the issue.
I want to take more surveys How do I sign up for more?
MyView surveys are by invitation only, and the only members invited are those who meet the criteria of the particular survey.
This way, we hopefully won't ever waste your time by sending you a survey that you don't care about.
The best way to be considered for additional surveys is to complete Personality Surveys whenever they're available on you're My Surveys Page.
Each Personality Survey tells us more about you and may qualify you for more surveys and more rewards.
The survey isn't working. What's up?
Hmmm. Could be a technical glitch. Better contact customer service.
Do you conduct product tests?
All the time. If you haven't been contacted about taking part, you probably haven't been selected yet,
based on your information. Remember, we never want to waste your time, so we'll never invite you to take
part in a product test that doesn't seem to jive with your interests.
Do I need to log in everytime I want to complete a survey?
No. Just click the survey link in an email invitation. But logging in will bring you to
the My Surveys page which has a list of all open surveys (and completing those means the chance for more rewards!).
The MyView Website
I forgot my Username and/or Password.
No big deal. Happens all the time.
Click on the Forgot username and/or password? link on the login page and you'll be back in business in no time.
How do I log out?
Click the log out button. It's at the top right hand side of every page on the MyView portal.
BTW, the log out button doesn't appear when taking a survey because you are not always logged in when
taking surveys (you can link right to a survey from an email invitation).
Changing your information
I need to change my e-mail address.
No problem. Just log in and click the Preferences.
Enter your current email address and the one you want to use going forward.
I need to update my member information.
This is easy.
First, log in to MyView. Next, press the My Info button in the menu bar.
Update the appropriate information and press submit.
The only catch is that My Surveys will be inactive for up to 7 days after updating
member information, so you might not receive any survey invitations right away.
How do I change my username and/or password?
Right now, you can only change your password (at least that's what the programming guys tell us).
To change your password, click Reset Password here OR on the Login page.
You'll link to a page that tells you what to do next.
How do I Opt-Out of MyView?
Aw, c'mon... don't leave!
While we hate to see you leave, you can cancel your membership at anytime by clicking the
Would you like to unsubscribe? link at the bottom of every page.
You can also send an email to customer service.
And please be sure to tell us why you're cancelling.

How do I sign up to take surveys?
You need to be a MyView.com member with a completed basic profile.
The first time you log in, through your email invitation, you'll be prompted through the simple process of
completing a basic profile. If you haven't completed your basic profile, you'll see a reminder in the
Personality Surveys section of your Member Page.
What are the eligibility requirements to participate?
To participate in surveys all you need is an email address and internet access.
Oh, and you need to complete of our personal information profile,
which helps us determine which surveys are right for you. It's not too difficult.
Are there any membership fees?
None at all. But participating in MyView surveys
CAN lead to credits and cash rewards. How great is THAT!
